Calling "noob/idiot" or any other unrespectful word to players

Hi,

Sunday night i was in server with Olsen and AZZIKKER call two times "noob" a player and i mute him. Olsen told me to relax and unmute him in front of the other players instead of talk to me in xfire or in ADMIN talk.

I just want to know, what i have to do when a player call "noob, idiot", or like Hendrix that call "fuc....er" a player.

I have to mute or not?, thx.

Oks Vitico i want u remember something.....
Suppose wrs runs with something we had argue before:

When is only admin is server he does things....
When is a SA and an Admin... let SA do things
And when all SA just wait for them to take a desition, sure one of them will do something.

If u being an admin see a super admin is not doing what he has to do sure u can do it but cool if u give the sa and explanation about it.

In the other hand, Olsen now we have to understand that wrs is running with really young players...
Vitico kids play at night and i understand 100% if mutes someone cause of insult or if he kicks a player who is being agressive in server or using that kind of words.

So Olsen same dont let other players insult like that when they want.. wont be 3rd world war, but im sure SoE ppl know they dont heasitate when insult time comes, so np.....

I think Hendrix behaves when im around jajajajaj (but ive seen him in webadmin), but Vitico when u see him insulting someone and SA dont do something mute him u in ur right to choose what ur kids see in server, im sure olsen understands cause he is also a father

ok i will give u examples : a clan member like a player must follow our golden rules and when hendrix became crazzy, he said sorry after becaseu he know perfectly our rules but if u warn him or another one many times nad still continue to use bad words, u have to make ur admin job to make the gaem better or all players will use bad words and u could say nothing becasue u didn't say soemthing to the clan member who used bad words.

It's why oneday i don't hesitate to kick Inzy or another one ebcasue he thought becasue to be a leader means that u can do what u want on WRS server.

So we have some rules and if a player didn't respect them we have to mute, lesslethal, kick or ban if u want that WRS admins are respected in game.

For me u did the right decision
