we would like be clear with others recruits....... Sometime there are some players well knowed by most of members who play fair and respecting rules since they come to server first time.....

We had special treatment for few players Omon - Padrino - Montana

What i would like to say, is that sometime some ppl deserve to have the tag without recruit period

As Magneto said we Hope to dont hurt anyone with this......

3- After a while, High Council will tell u to put the recruit tag like this : Guest{WRS|Rec}

4- With this recruit tag, u are now in a period test where members and SA/Admins will follow u carefully to see if u disserve to be a wrs or not.

5- After around 1 month, a poll vote will be created on private section of wrs members.

6- Each wrs will vote yes or no for your definitive recruitment in wrs team.

7- You need to have around 80% of yes to be accepted.

8- To finish, a topic will be made to put on it the result of the vote.


PS : To be more fair with all waiting recruits, a known player or a WRS friend needs to wait too a little period before to get into the pollvote section Smile

Well, lost, it was a kind of example with 1 day, I know monty well but I have a small problem that there was not written so I had no idea if he is member or not.

I´m sorry you don´t know Montana.
He´s usually online at the late hours.
It was kind of rush things here. But when Navajo, Padrino and me were in server with Montana we thought about giving him the tag...
Might be it´s not the usual way.
But as I said. We know him very well!
2 HC decided it.
Maybe we made it too quick and we will think about it again...
I hope nobody here is hurt...
I was on REC-period too for a long time and before getting the rec-tag it took some weeks for me too.
So, if there´s a problem don´t only blaim nava, coz I was involved too!

But to much people are getting the WRS tag to soon lately. What happened to ore old recruiting system? What happened to the democracy in WRS? WRS isn't what it used to be..

well i m not thinking that democracy isn t in danger.....

actually we use to have rec period for who is not well knowed for many wrs

actually we have some members that isn t usually online during night time

actually there are server's report where say that wrs's server is working fully only since 17 gmt till 24 gmt

and most of the players online are always the same

yes we continue to be a democracy and if someone have problems for it , is free to say here , after it we will think how to act .....

i don t see many disappoints about montana wrs, because he play a lot in wrs server of course he need write topic

I also want to say that I don't have anything agains Montana. I just think it's not fair to give him WRS tag this fast. And fair is on of the 4 things WRS is build on, fun, fair, respect and friendship.
Democracy is totally gone. You can see that in how the new members joined WRS. Only for a few there was made a poll vote and we also saw that when the we suddenly changed the camping rule. The poll vote only came because jack saw that topic. Otherwise the wouldn't have been any vote for it.

about rules on server ...... it was just an interpretation about golden rules ..... mine was different from ur and from others too ......

about montana join fast..... wrs tag ...... yes u right about how to join wrs following the normal rules......

i can say that about choose admins or SA isn t depend about how long u are wrs , but is about the behavior

Hc is 4 members now and we agree that if at least we have 2 of them consent the decisions are ok for others

I know sometimes i m rude, but isn t porposly....
